Welcome
The Universe is incomprehensibly vast. It would be laughable, genuinely laughable, for me to claim I hold all of Truth. What I hold is what was given to me.
When I was twenty-three years old, I nearly died. What happened on the other side of that experience changed everything. I came back with seven specific truths downloaded into me with a clarity I have never been able to explain, and have never been able to forget, despite the cerebral edema that took most of my other memories for nearly two years.
What I found on the other side wasn't what my religion had prepared me for; it was so much better.
I was held in a field of Love so real, so alive, that everything I thought I knew was turned upside down. I came back changed. And I came back with a message to share, though I've been afraid to do so publicly until now.
I know how hard it is to walk away from what you were taught, even when something in you knows it's time. I struggled with that too, even after everything I'd experienced. Old beliefs don't release easily; they are literally wired into our bodies.
I want you to glimpse what I received, because there is nothing to be afraid of. What is waiting for you on the other side of this, and within you, is Love. It is calling you. It is guiding you. It has been all along.
I was asked to share these truths. So I do.
I share them as mine, not as a prescription, not as the only path, and never as a demand. The Divine/God/Universe meets us exactly where we are, and speaks our language. These are the words she spoke to me. If they resonate with you, I'm glad.
If your path looks different, I honor that completely.
What I know for certain is this: you are loved. Exactly as you are. Right now. No exceptions.
You will know immediately if they are for you. Trust that.
The Seven Simple Truths
1. There is only Love.
Not love as sentiment or feeling, Love as the fundamental energy of everything that exists. We live within it, move through it, and are made of it, whether we know it or not. Our thoughts, our fears, our choices all operate within this field. The work of a lifetime is learning to recognize it, and stop pretending we're separate from it.
2. That means you are Love. You cannot be unlovable.
This is not an affirmation to repeat until you believe it. It is simply true. If Love is the only real energy, then you, made of that energy, cannot be anything other than lovable. Every story you carry about being too much, not enough, different, or the one exception is just that: a story. The path home starts with daring to believe you just might be easy to love, and perfectly worthy just as you are.
3. We are One.
Separation is the great illusion of this life, necessary for the experience, but not ultimately real. In the same way that a single note is distinct and yet inseparable from the song, each of us is individual and yet profoundly, permanently connected to everything else. What we do to each other, we do to ourselves. When we finally know this in our bones, we cannot intentionally cause harm. That awareness is often called ‘The Awakening’, and it happens to every one of us, sooner or later.
4. You matter more than you know.
You chose to be here. At this time, in this body, in this particular life. That was not an accident. You carry gifts that belong specifically to you, not in what you do but in who you are. The world genuinely needs what you came here to give. Living a life true to who you actually are isn't selfish. It's the whole point.
5. Religion got it wrong.
I say this with love and humility. I do not have all the answers, only what was revealed to me. I say this as someone who gave fifty years to the Catholic Church, because I loved it.
‘God’ meets us where we are, and for many, that is within religion. My point is not to judge anyone, but to share what was revealed to me, knowing it is the language of Love the Divine is using to speak to some of you.
Religion got it very wrong. There is no external judge keeping score. There is no one more capable of accessing the Divine than you are. No intermediary required. You have never been out of favor. You were born worthy, and you still are.
The Divine is within you. Where you stand is holy.
The Divine that revealed Herself to me was feminine. She held me close and gently showed me that sin is how we learn, not something that leads to eternal damnation. The atonement is not what we thought, what we were taught, or what we’ve held close to our hearts.
We understand as we’re able.
Where religion went wrong was making us afraid of God, in the name of Love, and demanding that we obey external authority without question, which required us to gaslight our own inner knowing. That is not the experience of Love that I awakened to. That is where religion went wrong.
6. There is no such thing as time.
Everything is happening now. Our linear experience of past and future is real to our bodies and our brains, but it is not the whole picture. This is not abstract philosophy; it has profound practical implications. It means the power to change anything lives in this present moment.
7. There is no such thing as death.
We change form. We literally live forever. The people you have loved and lost are not gone, they are simply no longer in a body. They do not miss us, because in the realm of no time, we will be alongside them in the next instant.
Grief is real and deserves to be honored fully. I do not say this to minimize it, grief has knocked me to my knees more than once. But love doesn't go away. It changes form.
We go home. Your loved one is very close to you, loves you, and wants you to be happy. I promise.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to agree with every word. You just have to be willing to consider that the container you outgrew was never the whole story.
